Limoncello Week Two

DSC_0215For those of you following Limoncello we are at day 17.  Notice that the Lemon Rinds are absorbing more of the alcohol and the yellow color is more vibrant. We will let this continue to infuse for at least 2 more weeks and then we will decide if we want to go a little longer.

Oh my goodness!  The is the BEST pie I have ever eaten!!!
