For those of you following Limoncello we are at day 17. Notice that the Lemon Rinds are absorbing more of the alcohol and the yellow color is more vibrant. We will let this continue to infuse for at least 2 more weeks and then we will decide if we want to go a little longer.

For all of you following Limoncello; I took the jar out of its dark place to show you what it looks like after 1 week. The liquid/alcohol is turning a nice yellow color. We will let it infuse for at least 4 weeks and I will continue to take pictures each week to show you the changes in color and also how the lemon peels change texture. Stay tuned…
