Have you tried my Lavender & Citrus Blend yet? It is so fragrant and beautiful on this Turkey Burger. It is also good on Veggies, Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Omelette’s, Fish, Chicken and Lamb.Pretty much anything!I sprinkled the Spices heavily on the Turkey Burger and sautéed in Olive Oil for about 4-5 minutes each side. Served with a light Arugula Salad with a Vinaigrette of Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar, Honey and a smidge of Dijon. Dried Cherries, Toasted Pecans and Crumbled Goat Cheese was the perfect accent. Oh, and don’t forget the Avocado! Yum! with a sprinkle of Kosher Salt.I also sprinkled freshly ground Tri Peppercorns over the top of the entire dish.A light, flavorful, fulfilling and Happy lunch.
