On a cookie sheet lay the Prosciutto Slices so they are side by side and not touching. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. I usually set the timer for 7 minutes and then flip over and bake for another 5 minutes. Bake until they are just bendable, not over crisp. Let cool and then put in a small blender and pulse/chop until fully chopped.
Boil the Noodles of your choice. I like Bow Tie Pasta for this one. Make the Sauce while the Noodles are cooking. This is my Parmesan Cream Sauce from my Book PASSION My Journey through Food (pages 110 and 195). Great Sauce, few ingredients and super fast to make.
Add Chopped Crispy Prosciutto to the Sauce and the Pasta.
