I buy individual Pizza Crusts and they come 3 to a pack. *Pick your toppings!
I Brush the Crust with Olive Oil first, then put the Pizza Sauce on and Sprinkle with Oregano and Red Pepper Flakes. Then I add a generous amount of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and layer the toppings.
Foil lined Baking Sheet for easy clean up. You can also put the Pizza directly on the Oven Rack, but it will drip down and get messy. You can also use a Grill Pan (like you use on a grill) but put a square of Aluminum Foil underneath to catch the drippings.
I also sprinkle Oregano on top of the Pizza.
Bake according to Pizza Crust instructions. I always cook mine a little longer because I like them crispy.
Serve with a Side Caesar! Yum!
