Sunday Dinner with a little Frank Sinatra…

Marinated Boneless Rib Steak, quickly Seared on the Weber Grill then transferred to the Green Egg Smoker (marinade and method in my book in the meat chapter). Mushrooms with Butter, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Cracked Pepper, Chopped Garlic, Tarragon and Freshly Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley. Grilled Jalapeños, Roasted Carrots with Butter and Freshly Chopped Dill. Slow Cooked Baked Potatoes in Foil (recipe in my book). House-made Creamy Horseradish Sauce (recipe in the meat chapter of my book). Fresh Herbs all from my Herb Garden.

*Wine; 2017 Conundrum California Red Blend.  Caymus Grapes.  Excellent at mid range price (thumbs up) Chocolate finish (my fav). *doesn’t need to be decanted but we did ifor fun!  What the heck!
