Caribbean Spiced Grilled Chicken with Cilantro and Whole, Tri- Colored Peppercorns

House Made Caribbean Seasoning with Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar.  Freshly Chopped Cilantro from my Herb Garden, sprinkled with whole, Tri-Colored Peppercorns (they made this especially good when biting into the red ones). A combination of a house-made Horseradish BBQ Sauce and my Creamy Horseradish Sauce in the book. Simple Haricot Verts with Shaved Almonds and why not toss in a few olives?
