One of the most highly requested and asked about recipes in my new cookbook.  Company Tenderloin of Beef.  Pull apart tender, and you don’t even need a knife!


Soufflé Cream Cheese Buttery Mashed Potatoes

Maria and Kevin, our Minnesota, Encanterra friends!  Awesome and very fun people! They are helping with one of my book signings in Minnesota.


Menu: Tenderloin of Beef with my Creamy Horseradish Sauce, Cream Cheese, Butterry Soufflé Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Veggies and Stuffed Portabella with Brie, Tarragon and Sliced Almonds and Maria and Kevin’s delicious Salad with Strawberries, Plump Blueberries, Pecans and a Raspberry Vinaigrette.

IMG_8038Cheers to us!  Kevin always says that when you’re cheering someone, you must look then right in the eye!  It’s awkward at first, and makes you laugh, but I think we are all getting the hang of it!
